Not a bad day

It was a fairly good day at work today. We are starting a new project and it will be nice to be doing something different for a change. I had dinner at my mom's tonight. She gets very lonely and I try to have dinner with her when I can. She always enjoys having me over for dinner. What an amazing woman for 92 years old. I have been so blessed to have such wonderful parents. I still miss my daddy very much. He has been gone a little over 9 years but there is hardly a day that passes that I don't think of him. Well, it is "hump" day tomorrow. I am anxiously awaiting the weekend. I just hope it doesn't rain so I get can get some things done outside! Well, I need to run for now. I need to go and watch American Idol. I missed it since I was at Mom's. Thank heaven for recorders!
